Allison Earl CA, ICD.D.

President and CEO, Director

Allison has 25 years of senior executive leadership experience in the financial and business sectors and a track record of success in building and growing businesses.  Allison believes in Compassion*Achievement*Excellence…Always.  She is the CEO and President of Advantage Tower Ltd. where she participates in leading a strong solutions based culture with embedded fundamental core values and accountability.  Allison and the Advantage Tower team work hard and have fun developing and executing their strategic plan to realize the company’s vision to be recognized as the “caring expert” in the tower and wireless industry.   

Recently, as Chair and CEO of BCT Structures Inc., Allison successfully led a corporate turnaround in 18 months realizing 2.8 times equity in an all cash deal. She is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of financial expertise in public practice. Industry experience includes CFO and Vice President of a private equity firm in the oil and gas sector and numerous board roles. Allison is an ICD certified director and a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta. She currently volunteers as a coach for junior curling, is a Calgary Flames Ambassador and sits on the Flames Foundation poker committee.  Allison loves the game of curling and holds multiple Canadian and Provincial Curling titles. She is a graduate of the University of Saskatchewan where she was class president.


Martin Gélinas

Principal Investor

Martin serves as a principal investor and key member of Advantage Tower’s governance and leadership team and is a fundamental resource with regard to business development and community relations for the company.

In addition to being a successful entrepreneur and humanitarian, Martin is a former professional hockey player with a career spanning 20 years, playing forward position in the National Hockey League (NHL) from 1988 to 2008. During his hockey career, Martin had the privilege of playing on teams such as the Edmonton Oilers, Quebec Nordiques, Vancouver Canucks, Carolina Hurricanes, Calgary Flames, Florida Panthers and Nashville Predators. Notably, Martin was a member of the Edmonton Oilers’ Stanley Cup championship team in 1990.

Martin’s passion for hockey, community service, business and leadership development is steadfast and continues today through his current role as an NHL Assistant Coach for the Calgary Flames. Prior to joining as Assistant Coach with the Calgary Flames in 2012, Martin served as Director of Player Development with the NHL’s Nashville Predators.
